Available Career Paths
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
CRCs are the backbone of every study. They manage daily operations, schedule patient visits, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain data accuracy. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communicators.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting informed consent discussions
- Managing case report forms and source documents
- Collecting biospecimens and vitals
- Liaising with PIs and sponsors

Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
CRAs oversee the execution of clinical trials across multiple sites. While we primarily hire in-house positions, we occasionally recruit for field-based CRA roles. These are more advanced roles requiring previous research experience or CRA certification.
Key tasks:
- Conducting site monitoring visits
- Reviewing data for protocol compliance
- Communicating with sponsors and CROs
- Preparing regulatory documentation

Regulatory & Quality Assurance
The QA and regulatory affairs team ensures that our studies comply with FDA, IRB, and ICH-GCP standards. Candidates in this track often have prior experience in IRB submissions, compliance audits, and policy development.
Patient Recruitment & Outreach
This team drives study enrollment using a combination of community outreach, digital marketing, and referral networks. If you have a background in public relations, community health, or communications, this role may be a fit.
